Nice values, looks like you've got an eye for tones. But before you go into that, make sure you have a solid drawing underneath that. Measure the proportions of your subject - such as height of figure to width of figure, or the height of the head to other parts of the body. In general, try to solve as many perspective, proportion and anatomy problems before even thinking about values, that way the second step will be much easier and much more rewarding.
